"Switched from GEICO to State Farm last month. Main reason was I could talk to a human being instead of chatting with AI powered gremlins, or getting caught in an endless call tree. Kayla who is my agent was very attentive and helpful and listened to what I needed. I have five cars and two of them are older models and are kept in the garage most of the year. They may get 500 miles each, if that. They are pretty much garage queens. Kayla suggested that I put them under a classic car insurance policy which drastically reduced my monthly bill. I am hoping to save even more by enrolling in the “Drive Safe” program. So far so good. I am happy. I have also switched my home insurance. Better rates than Geico."
